Thank you for visiting Peekaboo Blinds. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

2. Shipment Location

All orders are processed and sent out from our factory in Schofields, NSW.

3. Shipment & Delivery Estimates

Orders are generally processed within 3 to 4  business days.  See Australia Post Delivery estimates from our Sydney, Australia location:

We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

4. Tracking Options

Peekaboo Blinds aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

5. Damages

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately on 1300 393 933 or 0403 326 246.

6. Shipment Location

7. Missing or Lost Packaging

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Peekaboo Blinds politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please taka look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, please contact us on 1300 393 933 or 0403 326 246. to report missing or lost packages.

8. Refund Policy

Please ensure you measure your slats correctly, as we do not refund or exchange due to incorrect measurements taken by customers. Please ensure that the colour is chosen carefully from our colour chart as we do not refund or exchange if incorrect colours were ordered. All our vertical slats are chainless bottom weights, if you require chained bottom weights you need to specify this in the notes section of the order form. The chains must be added separately to the cart.
