How to measure for your outdoor blinds
You Will Need:
- Tape Measure
- A Pen to write down your sizes
- Our measuring form, you can email us to get a copy emailed to you sales@peekabooblinds.com.au
How To Measure
Reveal Fit – reveal fit blinds will be fitted within the reveal of your area between posts.
To Measure, We need four measurements:
1) Top Width inside the opening, right to left
2) Bottom Width inside the opening, right to left
3) Left Side Height inside the opening.
4) Right side Height inside the opening.
Order Size: Order the Shortest Width & the Longest Height.
How To Measure
Face Fit (Overlap)
A Face Fit is when your Outdoor Blind overlaps the opening;
To Measure, We need four measurements:
1) Top Width overlapping the opening by 100mm overall (50mm on each side).
2) Bottom Width overlapping opening by a minimum of 100mm (50mm on each side).
3) Left-side Height overlapping opening by a minimum of 100mm overall.
4) Right-side Height overlapping opening by a minimum of 100mm overall.
Order Size: Order the Shortest Width & the Longest Height + Overlap
Important: Do not make any deductions to your sizes, we will make all the necessary calculations to ensure your blinds fit correctly. All our outdoor blind and awning motors are hardwired, requiring installation by a licensed electrician to connect them to your main power supply.
The maximum height width of our blinds is 5 meters wide and maximum height is 3 meters high. If you need blinds larger than these sizes please email us on sales@peekaboolinds.com.au
