DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 10 to 15 days from our Sydney factory. The total turn-around time for this process is estimated to be around 3 weeks if there are no delays in transit or through Australia post.

HOW TO MEASURE

1. Simply remove 1 slat from your window.
2. Lay it flat and ensure it is as flat as possible to avoid any mismeasures.
3. Using a measuring tape, start from the top edge of the slat, (do not include the Hanger at the top, please see image) measure down to the bottom edge of the slat.
4. Take your reading from the tape measure and record it. This is the measurement you need to order your slats.
5. Finally, you need to measure the width of your slat as shown in the image below. Measure the width using a tape measure. There are 3 standard widths available for slats: 127mm, 89mm and 100mm.
